Creek Edge
The Creek Edge project is Emaar's latest development in Dubai Creek Harbor and consists of two residential towers with elegant design and world-class amenities. The project is located on the waterfront of Dubai Creek Harbor and offers a panoramic view of Dubai's breathtaking skyline.
The development consists of two residential towers of 40 and 20 storeys connected by a podium with landscaping, townhouses, retail stores and other amenities.
ASGC has been awarded the design and construction contract for the project and the scope of work includes design completion, main contract work along with associated infrastructure, parking and landscaping works.
The Palace
The Palace Project is located in the Dubai Creek Harbor District, featuring an elegant boutique hotel as well as branded residences on the Promenade, which offers an unrestricted view of the Dubai Creek Tower. It is located approximately 2.5 km from the Mangroves, Ras Al Khor Bird Sanctuary nature and easy access to the main hub of Dubai.
The total development includes a hotel podium floor and residential facilities, retail (F&B) with food and beverage, a hotel tower of G+9 and a residential tower of G+45 with associated parking facilities.
ASGC has been awarded the Palace Hotel contract by The Lagoons and the scope of work includes major contract works with associated infrastructure and landscaping works.
Expo 2020 Morocco Pavilion
The pavilion architecture combines modernity and tradition with a building that is at the forefront of construction techniques, inspired by ancestral ways of using the land, as in some Moroccan villages.
Through a continuous ramp that recalls the streets of the Moroccan medina, and its "West Adder" courtyard, pavilions and its various exhibition areas will provide visitors with a unique immersive experience.

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital
Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is a 10-storey, 500,000 square feet development with 188 beds and six operating theatres. The hospital is located on Umm Suqeim Road, between the junctions of Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Barsha.
Mediclinic Parkview Hospital will provide international standard healthcare services to residents in the southern and newer parts of Dubai.
